Allergic Reactions

Liver Issues

  • ALT >2× upper limit (EGCG toxicity)
  • Jaundice or yellowing of eyes
  • Dark urine or pale stools

Worsening UC

  • Increased rectal bleeding
  • Severe abdominal pain
  • Fever >101°F (38.3°C)
